This dynamic class meets for four weeks on Tuesday nights from 5:30-7:30 PM and covers a wide range of pregnancy and delivery topics.

This informative series will cover the end of pregnancy, common discomforts, nutrition, labor cues, relaxation techniques, labor stages and coping techniques, support persons roles, pain relief measures, epidurals, cesarean sections, postpartum care, infant care, breastfeeding, car seats and much more. A tour of the beautiful Family Birth Center will also be included.
